Flosum is seeking a Director of Alliances to lead and expand our strategic partnerships within the Salesforce ecosystem. This is a senior role designed for an experienced, self-driven professional with a deep understanding of Salesforce partnerships and a proven ability to deliver partner-sourced revenue growth. As Director of Alliances, you will manage our relationship with Salesforce and develop partnerships with key Salesforce consulting and implementation firms to drive mutual success.
This is a pivotal role in shaping our alliances strategy, working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to maximize the impact of our ecosystem relationships.
Own Salesforce Relationship:
Manage the end-to-end partnership with Salesforce, including ISV collaboration, co-sell activities, executive alignment, and partner program compliance.
Act as Flosum’s primary point of contact within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Develop and Expand the Partner Ecosystem:
Build relationships with Salesforce consulting firms and implementation partners to drive Flosum adoption across key accounts and verticals.
Identify, recruit, and enable partners to maximize their success with Flosum solutions.
Drive Revenue Growth:
Develop joint business plans with Salesforce and other ecosystem partners, ensuring alignment on goals, targets, and co-selling strategies.
Deliver measurable partner-sourced revenue growth, achieving quarterly and annual targets.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Define and execute the alliances strategy for Salesforce and related partners, ensuring alignment with Flosum’s business objectives.
Lead joint marketing, enablement, and go-to-market initiatives with ecosystem partners.
Leadership and Influence:
Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader within the Salesforce ecosystem, representing Flosum at industry events and partner engagements.
Provide internal leadership by collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive partner success.
Experience & Expertise:
10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a role managing Salesforce partnerships.
Demonstrated success driving partner-sourced revenue growth, developing go-to-market strategies, and building a portfolio of productive partnerships.
Skills & Attributes:
Deep knowledge of Salesforce partner programs, co-sell strategies, and ecosystem dynamics.
Strong business acumen with the ability to create and execute strategic plans.
Excellent relationship management skills, with a track record of influencing executives and building trust across teams.
